Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. In the best consideration of our Salon/Spa clients, along with our team members, we respectfully ask that a 24 hour notice is given for any appointment changes or cancellations. In accordance to our cancellation policy, the team of Quintessence Salon and Spa will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved appointment for cancellations less then 24 hours in advance as well as any last minute cancellations. There will be a 100% charge for all no-show appointments. Our salon and spa professionals cannot get their time, energy and product back that they used to perform client services, because of that we do not offer refunds. We do offer an adjustment the same week as your services if there is an issue, within reason. We truly care that our clients love their services. That is our #1 goal. But we are also a business and this policy protects my staff and Quintessence Team.
